Somerville Addition

Purchased in 2020, this Massachusetts historic home was completed in 2021. The home was fully gutted, reframed and brought back to life in a more contemporary style while maintaining the historic charm. The most challenging aspect of this project was the basement which needed to be excavated three feet down in order to create a finished basement.
